Small groups, coming in 2027

Groups are where we practice relating differently, in real time, with other people. Each group is small, closed and screened, and is built around experience rather than lectures: notice, reflect, make meaning, try something new. Join the interest list for any group below and you'll hear first when dates open.

At the Dripping Springs office (6–8 week cohorts)

  • Attachment Lab: using the group itself to notice attachment patterns and practice new ways of relating.

  • The Relational Life Lab: boundaries, needs, conflict, vulnerability and receiving.

  • The Art of Repair: rupture, regulation, accountability and finding the way back to each other.

  • Beyond Overfunctioning: for people who carry everyone else: people-pleasing, resentment, agency, rest.

  • Belonging & Connection: loneliness, trust and the patterns that keep us at a distance.

  • Friendship Lab: making and deepening adult friendships, with small real-world experiments.

  • Digital Detox: Reclaiming Attention: screens, stimulation and getting your attention back.

Equine & embodied groups (private Hill Country setting, by application)

  • Herd & Human: a monthly closed cohort working alongside the herd: regulation, boundaries, belonging.

  • Coming Into Your Body: sensation, movement and internal awareness.

  • Language of Emotion: learning to read emotion through the body.

  • Transitions & Thresholds: divorce, empty nest, retirement, career change, beginning again.

  • Wild Enough: instinct, play and embodied self-trust.

Location is shared after screening.
