Individual & Relational Therapy

Most people start here: one-on-one sessions, weekly or every other week, in Dripping Springs, at the ranch in Wimberley, or by telehealth across Texas.

We'll work with the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, your body and your sense of yourself: how you handle conflict and closeness, stress and change. Sessions are mostly conversation, with somatic, EMDR and parts-informed work woven in when it helps.

Equine sessions, intensives and groups, below, are other ways into the same work, not more advanced versions of it.

Ways to work together

Experiential therapy alongside the herd of horses and miniature donkeys in the Texas Hill Country. Working with the animals in real time brings feelings, boundaries and relationship patterns into the open, where we can work with them. All ground-based: no riding, and no horse experience needed.

Extended, focused sessions built around your goals: a half day (3 hours) or a full day (6 hours), drawing on somatic therapy, EMDR, equine-assisted work and time on the land. Each intensive includes a planning session beforehand and an integration session after. Fees are shared in your free consult.

Therapy Intensives

Small, screened groups I lead, where people learn from one another in real time. Groups offer connection, honest feedback and the relief of knowing you're not the only one. See the Groups page for what's coming in 2027.

One-on-one therapy for adults working through trauma, relationships, life transitions or questions of identity and purpose. LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming. In person in Dripping Springs or at the ranch in Wimberley, or by telehealth for adults located in Texas.

Individual Therapy

A body-centered approach that works with the links between mind, body and emotion. It supports nervous system regulation and helps you process hard experiences without getting overwhelmed, so resilience can build over time. (Pictured: me with Apollo.)

Sessions for adult family members who want to communicate better, work through conflict and change long-standing patterns together.
